Get to know me
I am a nationally-certified massage therapist licensed to practice in Washington State and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Since graduating from Career Care Institute in 2004, I have worked continuously to learn new techniques to help my clients in their healing and well being.
In 2013, I graduated from Bastyr University in Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. After graduating I became an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Senior Fitness Specialist. I use a combination of knowledge, experience, and intuition to develop the best plan for each of my clients.
