During our first session, I will spend time evaluating your posture and range of motion of the joints involved. I will ask questions related to your current and sometimes past problems. All of this information will help me to better understand your needs, to create the best wellness plan for you. During the sessions, I incorporate techniques such as myofascial release, ACE massage cupping™, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy in order to aid in your healing process. I also use stretching and joint-mobilization techniques to help reduce muscle tension and to increase range of motion.
We will spend our first session conducting a fitness evaluation and talking about your wants and needs. With this information in mind I will develop a plan to help you achieve your goals. I can help you improve your balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, and overall fitness. I will also provide you with nutritional guidance and many other resources to make your journey to a fitter you as fun, effective, and efficient as possible.
